myRedkite: Your personal access to Redkite services

The myRedkite portal is where young people with cancer, their families, and those connected to them can access Redkite’s support services.

Redkite supports children and teenagers (aged 0-18) diagnosed with cancer, their families, and their communities. The myRedkite portal is where young people with cancer, their families, and those connected to them can access Redkite’s support services.  

It’s your personal portal to access Redkite services such as the Financial Assistance Program.

Access resources such as Book Club, which has over 80 books for families wanting to understand their child’s cancer or anyone who wants to read about the childhood cancer experience.

There are online courses such as Refresh Kids, an online, self-paced program for parents and carers that includes information, helpful tips, recipes and activities to encourage healthy eating after finishing cancer treatment and Redkite Music Box, a collection of online musical resources which encourage self-expression and creativity to better cope with the impact of childhood cancer.

You can access WorkCompanion, an online, self-paced program designed to help parents and carers balance work and caregiving. which can help parents/carers transition back into the workforce, whether it’s returning to their job or looking for a new one, during and after their child’s treatment.  

Sign up to the Redkite Coffee Groups and Connect Groups to hear other people’s experiences and share your own in a safe space.   

You can sign up to the myRedkite portal to access our services, or request support on someone else’s behalf.

myRedkite is a user-friendly digital portal designed to make it easier for you to apply for and access the services you are eligible for. You can update your details when something changes.

Keeping us up to date means we can support you through every stage of the cancer experience. You will receive notifications to your email, so you don’t miss anything important. 

If you’d like help accessing Redkite’s support through myRedkite, you can give a health professional from your treatment centre access to your portal in the “My Profile” section.
