The Redkite Family Champions program is a fun, engaging and unique team building activity created to meet the needs of businesses navigating the challenging new employment landscape. Hosted by professional facilitators, the program takes groups through a range of interactive exercises that encourage thought-provoking discussions designed to create high functioning teams with greater connection.
In response to the new hybrid working environment, the Redkite Family Champions program can be delivered virtually or face-to-face, providing an effective platform to engage geographically dispersed employees, leadership teams and cross functional groups.
